DevOps Solution Engineer

Lieu: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

Implement Zabbix turnkey projects across customer environments
Perform Zabbix upgrade projects in complex setups
Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and development platforms
Maintain and upgrade internal infrastructure tools
Act as a technical expert on technical issues and escalations for the internal teams
Work with OpenShift/Kubernetes and Docker Swarm environments

Hands-on experience with Zabbix is a plus
Strong knowledge of Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu) and familiarity with other OS (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, *BSD)
Familiarity with monitoring and logging concepts
Experience with scripting and automation (preferably Python, Bash; PowerShell for task automation)
Proficiency with Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
Understanding of networking, virtualization, and containerization concepts
Familiarity with database engines (MySQL, PostgreSQL)Knowledge of SNMP, network stack, and LAMP stack
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) is a plus
Good communication in English
