Development and Delivery Manager (Zabbix Integrations)

Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of official Zabbix integrations
• Shape and prioritize the integration roadmap in alignment with overall product goals
• Explore industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new integration opportunities
• Drive the expansion of Zabbix capabilities through strategic integration initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and relevance of integrations
• Build and lead development teams, keeping them productive, focused, and aligned
• Promote company values, a collaborative internal culture, and communicate delivery objectives clearly
• Continuously improve software delivery processes to enhance efficiency and performance
• Continuously grow Zabbix integrations portfolio and quality, establish baselines, and set measurable targets

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring multiple, geographically distributed technical teams
• Ability to identify and evaluate industry trends, translating them into actionable integration strategies
• Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure, monitoring tools, and integration practices
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps based on strategic goals and technical trends
• Experience working with external vendors and partners
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for expanding product capabilities
• Strong reporting skills, including KPI establishment and progress tracking

Compensation:

• Monthly salary (gross): 4450.00 to 5500.00 EUR
