Technical Account Manager

Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

  • Provide technical support for customers before and after sales
  • Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate customer need to suggest upgrades or additional features
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Help with support teamwork coordination for better customer experience

What we expect:

  • Higher education in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Linux system environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience and strong knowledge of environment architecture and large-scale systems
  • Very good English

Compensation:

  • Monthly salary (gross): 3200.00 to 3600.00 EUR
