Technical Account Manager

As a part of our team you will:
- Provide technical support for customers before and after sales
- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
- Evaluate customer need to suggest upgrades or additional features
- Identify solutions to reduce support costs
- Help with support teamwork coordination for better customer experience
What we expect:
- Higher education in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Linux system environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and strong knowledge of environment architecture and large-scale systems
- Very good English

- Monthly salary (gross): 3200.00 to 3600.00 EUR
