Zabbix Translator Terms and Conditions

If you do not accept the terms set out below by ticking the box, then you must not make a contribution and submit your personal information.

By submitting my application, I certify that:

  1. I understand and agree that my personal information (name and email address), I intentionally submit with my localization/translation of documentation/interface (hereinafter – Contribution) to Zabbix SIA, will be publicly available both at Zabbix translation platform (translate.zabbix.com) and at Zabbix official repository (git.zabbix.com); and Zabbix SIA may at its discretion include my Contribution in open source Zabbix Monitoring Solution software (hereinafter – Software) distributed by Zabbix SIA.
  2. The Contribution was created by me, and I have the right to submit the Contribution. I am not less than eighteen years old, and I am legally entitled to grant to Zabbix SIA a license set out below in Section 3.
  3. I grant to Zabbix SIA and to recipients of Software a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, no-charge, royalty-free, unrestricted license to exercise all rights under copyrights in my Contribution and to publicly display and distribute my Contribution.
  4. I agree that I will not assert any moral rights in my Contribution against Zabbix SIA.
  5. I agree that Zabbix SIA may register a copyright in my Contribution and exercise all ownership rights associated with it; and
  6. I agree that Zabbix SIA has no duty to consult with, obtain the consent of, pay, or render an accounting to me for any use or distribution of my Contribution.
