Technical Writer

Ubicación: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

Como parte de nuestro equipo podrás:

• Write clear and concise technical documentation according to company guidelines and standards
• Meet with engineers, programmers, project managers to gain better understanding of the product and ensure accuracy of documented content
• Collaborate with the Development team to create easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides
• Proofread, revise, and apply updates to technical architecture and design documents, presentations, instructions, FAQs, and other communication materials
• Improve existing documentation based on feedback from users, support engineers, and developers

Lo que esperamos:

• Previous experience in a Technical Writer’s position no less than 3 years or education/work experience in the IT field
• Excellent written English
• Ability to analyze and describe complicated technical concepts, and create graphic content (diagrams, graphs, etc.)
• High sense of responsibility, analytical mind and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and learn fast

Remuneración:

• Monthly salary (gross): 2000.00 to 2700.00 EUR
