IT Project Manager

Ubicación: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

Como parte de nuestro equipo podrás:

• Ensure the on-time execution of multiple software development and service delivery projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholders expectations and efficient delivery processes
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Provide regular, concise updates to senior management and external stakeholders on project progress and milestones
• Collaborate with subcontractors to meet project requirements, maintain quality standards, and negotiate deliverables effectively
• Coordinate and support project teams by distributing tasks, fostering accountability, and driving project success
• Facilitate Agile software development processes, including retrospectives, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritization, and technical communication with developers
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, agreements and lessons learned
• Assess project risks, analyze results, and implement corrective actions to mitigate potential impacts

Lo que esperamos:

• Degree in Computer science, Project Management or directly related area
• At least 4 years of proven project management experience, successfully delivering multiple software development projects
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand complex IT/software development concepts and effectively communicate with IT professionals
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate clearly on both business and technical topics
• Experience in working with external stakeholders and subcontractors
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent English skills (both written and oral)

Remuneración:

• Monthly salary (gross): 3800.00 to 4400.00 EUR
